China National Quality Supervision &Test Center for Explosion-proof and Safety Products for Coal Mine(CMExC) is a independent laboratory in China Coal Technology and Enginering Group Shenyang Research Institute.Its management system is the same as Explosion-Proof and Safety Products(Testing)Laboratory ,CCTEG Shengyang Research Institute、National Work Safety Test and Inspection Center for Mining Equipment-Fushun、Coal Industry Quality Supervision &Test Center for Coal Mine-specific Product-Fushun、International Electrotechnical Commission IECEx Testing Laboratory and National Pattern Evaluation Laboratory for the Test (Alarm) of Flammable and Explosive Gas(Fushun Coal Mine). China Coal Technology and Enginering Group Shenyang Research Institute created the testing branch for convenience,inclusion system of Shenyang Research Institute.China National Quality Supervision &Test Center for Explosion-proof and Safety Products for Coal Mine(CMExC) was authenticated by previous National Measurement Bureau, was authenticated by previous National Bureau of Standards in 1987, it was authenticated by CNAS in 2012. Coal Industry Quality Supervision &Test Center for Coal Mine-specific Product-Fushun was authenticated by previous Ministry of Coal Industry in 1998, it was authenticated by CNAS in 2010. National Work Safety Test and Inspection Center for Mining Equipment-Fushun get the first qualification authenticated from State Administration of Work Safety in 2003,it was authenticated by State Administration of Work Safety in March 2004,it passed expansion in 2013.It passed the international peer review in 2005,became the ExTL of the IECEx system in 2006. National Pattern Evaluation Laboratory for the Test (Alarm) of Flammable and Explosive Gas(Fushun Coal Mine) was authenticated by National Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine in April 2008, it has been appraised as National AssessmentCenter for Coal Mine Safety Equipment.
Center consists of general Office、technology Business department、quality Supervision department、standard measuring department、explosion-proof department、elevating and transportation department、industrial explosive department、safety instrument department、electrical equipment department、cable department and standard substance (gas) department.
Center has independent organizations、laboratory、office、office and equipment for contact with externals、dedicated testing equipments and staff.It has definitive quality policy and objective、impartiality and confidentiality commitment、corporate licenses、can be testing independent,it has independent financial accounts.
The centre covers an area of 33000 square metres,1088 testing equipments and the original value of fixed assets of equipment is 28 millions,the center has two locations: No.11 Binhe Road Fushun Economic Development Area LiaoningP.R.China, industrial explosive department In the mountains of Ditai station on the north shore of Hun River.
