Gas Detection and Rescue Equipment Branch Committee of Coal Industry Coal Mine Safety Technical Committee for Standardization which is under the leadership of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C, State Administration of Coal Mine Safety, China National Coal Association, Mining Products Safety Approval and Certification Center and the affiliated enterprise of CCTEG Shenyang Research Institute , according to the deployment and requirements of the superior department in charge, the committee has done a lot of standardization work about the standardization, procedural, regulation of standard system construction in one year, made an importantent contribution to enacting and revising national ,industry and company standards, publicizing and implementing their industry laws and regulations.
Since the committee was established in May 1991, the committee has made full use of the experience and practice, made a contribution to standardization, collected technical data for the related units,carefully analyzed the opinion of other aspects,has done much work about verification, auditing, proofread.Most of the Science and technology personnel, inspection department, leader experts, engineering and technical personnel ask for advice about standards,put mine safety first,
review carefully, put forward the opinion,make a cantribution to the formation of the standard.
The committee has developed and grew with the efforts of the committee members and related enterprises since these years,has formulated and revised nearly hundreds national and industry standards, lay foundation for promoting the coal mine safety production, ensuring the safety of miners' life, and protecting the security of the state property.
