Hoisting Safety and Equipment Branch Committee of Coal Industry Coal Mine Safety Technical Committee for Standardization（Hereinafter referred to as hoisting committee ）was founded in October 1996.In October 2004 and October 2010, respectively, the second and third  general election was carried out.At present, hoisting committee is the third committee,has 40 members.There is 1 director of the committee,2 deputy director of the committee,1 secretary general, 2 management department members, 3 testing department members, 2 research department members, 26 production and manufacturing department members,2 using department members,5 institutions of higher learning.
   Hoisting committee is affiliated with China National Coal Association and coal mine safety standardization technical committee of coal industry,  secretariat is attached in the testing center of CCTEG Shenyang Research Institute, followed the instructions of nation and the relevant provisions of China National Coal Association, hoisting committee is working on infrastructure, revising standards, reviewing standard,cleaning the industry standards and so on.
    Since hoisting committee was founded, has examined the standard system，publicized and implemented the new standard respectively in Tangshan, Hainan, Jilin, Kunming, Nanning, Chengdu and other places. Also cooperated with the superior standard council and industry association ,reviewed and cleaned up the standards. According to the requirements of China National Coal Association, the committee has carried on the strict review to the industry standards of specific scope .The committee reviewed 12 standards ,confirmed eight standards; revised four standards.Meanwhile,the committee participated in the research work of coal mine safety production standard system.

    MT389-2007《Technical conditions for manrider used in drift of coal mine》;
