Quality Supervision Department is responsible for the quality supervision of  inspecting work, set up and improve the quality management plan  (management review plan, internal audit plan, the implementation plan of corrective action, the implementation plan of preventive measures, periodic verification plan, ability verification plan, the contrast of the laboratory and so on), checkes the operation condition of the management system as planned, puts forward the problems existing in the running process,implement after approved by the top managers meeting; responsible for quality supervision and inspection of daily inspection work,has the right to stop their work those who violate working procedures and operation procedures,and puts forword measures; handles customer complaints and complaints, puts forword measures about complaints and complaints, quality assurance manager puts forword opinions acording to measures, orderes relevant departments to implement; participates in  analyse test (equipment) accidents, and put forward the treatment suggestions; responsible for statistical analysis of laboratory inspection report quality; completes other jobs assigned by lab top managers.
