Industrial explosive materials department is the earliest inspection organization in china to study、inspect industrial explosive materials (especially coal mine permissible explosives), formulates and revises standards ,the history of inspection begin in the 1930s.The lab now has 7 staffs with 3 staffs having senior title and 2 staffs having the title of engineer. The lab is the earliest to formulate the standards of coal mine permissible explosives and to establishe the roadway of coal mine permissible explosives, which is upgraded and transformed in april of 2005s, the roadway of safety of permissible explosives in grime and inflammable gas、different types of mortar (the emission mortar、angle mortar and fracture mortar)、determination of toxic gases formed by detonation of industrial explosives、determination system of anti-deflagation property 、the blasting box of safety of permissible electric-detonator in inflammable gas(circular and narrower) .The lab has also the most completed equipments in china of studying and inspecting coal mine permissible explosives, inspect products which include industrial explosives materials of explosives、detonators、cords and linear parts, assume the responsibility of safety certificate inspection、commission inspection、identification inspection and arbitration inspection, develop the works of formulation and reviseion ,inspection standards、inspection consultation、inspection technique、inspection equipment development and training at the same time.
