Standard Substance (Gas) Department was founded in October 1987,is attached in Commercial Explosive Department, methane standard gas is national secondary standard material certificated by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C, the concentration range of 0.5% ~ 3%.
    Methane standard gas is mainly used for calibrating, verifying and testing some mine methane instrumentations, such as portably thermal catalytic methane alarming detector, Pocket gas detector for coal mines, mine methane telemetry breaker carrier catalytic component for coal mine methane detection, Methane- monitor of breaker for coal mine.
